I've done a post on this a few weeks ago already but i'm excited to do it again as i found a close up photo of the whole outfit !
This dress is vintage ! with a tan belt, Rayban clubmaster and of course a straw boater ! can you think of anything else to add to this look to make it more "Parisian Chic" ?! i can't !
